Leadership & Management
St. Mary's is led by a Principal appointed by the Catholic Diocese of Yola, supported by a management team and a governing board that together uphold the school's academic standards, Catholic ethos and the welfare of every learner.
Rev. Fr. Gaga Bunde Clifford, CSSp.
PrincipalWelcome to St. Mary's
Welcome to St. Mary's Secondary School, Yola — a community where excellence meets legacy. Since 2006 we have formed young people in knowledge, faith and character, guided by our motto, Scientia Gignit Sapientiam: knowledge begets wisdom.
Our teachers do more than deliver lessons; they inspire curiosity, critical thinking and a love of learning, within a disciplined and caring Catholic environment. Whether your child joins us in JSS 1 or continues to the senior classes, our commitment is the same: to help every student think big, stay curious and become their best self.
I invite you to visit us, meet our staff and see for yourself what makes St. Mary's different.
